Fast-growing cities often have young populations and few licensed senior care settings, so families there tend to look at neighboring cities with more licenses.

What about Davis County and Utah County?

Davis County (Bountiful, Layton) to the north and Utah County to the south are separate metro areas with their own Area Agencies on Aging; the same Utah licensing rules apply there, but we do not list their facilities.
